Welcome to Artz Isle Studio! Before booking our makeup and hairdo services, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Appointments:

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in-person at our studio.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of services on the day of your appointment.
• We recommend booking your appointment well in advance, especially for special events such as weddings or photoshoots, to ensure availability.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• All cancellations made will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellations made are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
• Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty if done within 48 hours of the original appointment time and subject to availability.

Late Arrivals:

• We understand that unforeseen delays can occur, but please be aware that arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service time or cancellation.
• If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to reschedule your appointment based on our availability.

Health and Safety:

• We prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service.
• Our tools and products are sanitized and cleaned between each client to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

By booking an appointment with Artz Isle Studio, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately during their appointment.
