1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the photoshoot, before the session begins.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
• All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD).

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to request a rescheduling.
• Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.
• Late rescheduling requests or cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-shows will be treated as cancellations, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• In the event that ARTZ ISLE STUDIO needs to reschedule, an alternative date will be offered. If no mutually suitable date can be arranged, a refund of payments made for the unprovided service will be issued.

3. Photoshoot Duration

• Each package includes the stated session duration, beginning at the confirmed appointment time.
• Late arrival will reduce the available shooting time. The session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
• Additional shooting time is subject to availability and will be charged at the applicable rate.
• Clients are encouraged to arrive on time and prepared for the session.

4. Package Inclusions

• Each package includes only the number of edited digital photographs and services specified in the selected package.
• Additional edited photographs and optional services are chargeable separately.
• Graduation gowns, caps, diplomas, props and accessories are subject to availability unless otherwise confirmed.
• Clients may bring their own graduation attire and personal props.
• Makeup, hairstyling, prints, additional participants and other services are not included unless expressly stated in the booking confirmation.

5. Image Selection & Editing

• ARTZ ISLE STUDIO will provide a gallery or selection process for clients to choose their photographs, where applicable.
• Standard editing includes colour correction, exposure adjustment and general image enhancement.
• Advanced retouching, extensive alterations and requests beyond the package scope may incur additional charges.
• Unedited images and RAW files are not included unless purchased separately.
• The studio reserves the right to determine the final editing style, consistent with its portfolio and photography approach.

6. Image Delivery

• Final edited photographs will generally be delivered within 7–14 working days after the photoshoot and receipt of the client’s image selections, where applicable.
• Delivery timelines may vary during peak graduation periods.
• Rush delivery is subject to availability and additional charges.
• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their delivered images. Online galleries may only be available for a limited period.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate booking details and disclose any special requests before the session.
• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the photoshoot.
• For group packages, the number of participants must not exceed the package limit unless additional participants have been agreed upon and paid for.
• Any damage to studio equipment or property caused by a client or accompanying participant may be chargeable where reasonably attributable to that person’s actions.

8. Creative Style & Expectations

• Clients are encouraged to review ARTZ ISLE STUDIO’s portfolio before booking.
• Specific poses, backdrops and compositions may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed.
• The studio will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests while maintaining its photography style and within the selected package scope.

9. Copyright & Usage

• ARTZ ISLE STUDIO retains copyright in all photographs taken during the session.
• Clients receive a personal-use licence for their delivered photographs, including printing and sharing on personal social media.
• Commercial use, resale or other commercial reproduction requires prior written permission.
• ARTZ ISLE STUDIO will only use identifiable client photographs for marketing, portfolio display or promotional purposes with the client’s consent.

10. Unforeseen Circumstances

• In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control that prevent the session from proceeding, both parties will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative date.
• Any refund or rescheduling arrangement will be handled fairly based on the services provided and applicable consumer protection requirements.

11. Agreement

• Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any special arrangements must be confirmed in writing by ARTZ ISLE STUDIO.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
